Gaze softly in front and in the centere Vertically, pencil in an imaginary line, from the floor to ceilingn Inhaling gently and deeply, direct your gaze to the ceilingn Now exhale deeply and take your gaze down to the flooro Reduce speed and repeat the process 5 timese To end, quickly blink your eyes a few times and then shut them to relaxa Until you have attained mastery over the process, remember to continue breathingn
Sideward Movements
Gaze softly in front and in the centere
Inhaling gently and deeply, rotate your gaze to the far righth Now, exhale deeply and rotate your gaze to the far leftf See if your head is moving from side to sided If so, repeat the exercise and this time try to keep your head stationaryr Reduce speed and repeat the process 5 timese To end, quickly blink your eyes a few times and then shut them to relax, then take a few gentle and deep breathsh
Clockwise / Anticlockwise Movements
Gaze softly in front and in the centere Slowly start to rotate your eyes in a clockwise directiono Set your eyes up at a twelve o'clock position, then move to one o'clock, then two o'clock, etc… Reduce speed and repeat the process 3 timese To end, quickly blink your eyes a few times and then shut them to relax, then take a few gentle and deep breathsh Next, try the same exercise counter-clockwise, but make sure to relax your eyes for a few minutes in betweene
