Pressure of my Eyes always remain High. Please tell what exercise/pranayama/mudra to be done?

Well you have mentioned here that your eye pressure always remains high but you have not mentioned anything about what exactly you are suffering from. Is it a general excessive strain that you feel on your eyes or do you have glaucoma? Is that why your eye pressure is high? Have you visited your eye specialist yet? Your eyes are very delicate and demand proper care and attention. In most case the eyes are also the most neglected organs of the human body. People generally do not pay any attention to cleanse or take care of them unless the problem becomes worse and it starts bothering the vision. You need to check with your doctor to see if you need to follow a specific routine or treatment to take care of your eyes. Once you have the correct diagnosis and treatment you can discuss your eye pressure problem with your yoga instructor as he or she will take care and see to it that you do not do certain asanas or postures that may increase the eye pressure. I hope you are learning yoga under supervision from a qualified instructor as doing certain asanas without learning them correctly and without supervision could cause an injury or maybe harmful.

You can safely practice Dhyana or meditation daily, as that will be very beneficial to you. There is a special kind of meditation technique called the Trataka Dhyana or the steady gazing meditation, which is considered to be excellent for the eyes. It helps to improve your eyesight and meditation naturally keeps you calm. You should also take care to keep your eyes clean and rinse them with clean pure water that is slightly cool. This will help to refresh your eyes besides keeping them clean. Avoid doing inversions such as the Shirshasana or the headstand and Sarvangasana or the shoulder stand as the inverted asanas or postures will increase the intra ocular pressure in your eyes. The Anulom Vilom or alternate nostril breathing and the Kapalbhati or the breath of fire will be extremely beneficial to relieve the high pressure from your eyes. You can safely practice it daily. Both these breathing exercises will help to clear your sinuses and any blockages that present in your respiratory system. This will allow the life energy or prana to reach your eyes easily. Thus it will relieve eye pressure and will also improve your eyesight.
