- Take your left leg upwards and forwards. At the same time stretch your foot forward
- Take your leg back to center.
- Now move your leg backwards and stretch your foot backwards. Return it back to center
- Keep breathing deeply. Inhale and exhale to the count of 5.
- This constitutes one round. For best results you should practice at least 10 rounds
- Repeat the same practice with your right leg.
