Chronic constipation is, probably, the chief culprit in most diseases common to human beings. Right from a common cold, fever right upto anxiety, steering clear of constipation is, probably the best way to prevent illness.

We’d like to add here that, on an average everybody is continuously carrying 10-15 pounds of un-purged fecal matter in their bowels. This of its own accord has a toxic effect on the system.

Chronic Constipation could be result of:

  • Neglecting the urge for bowel movement.
  • Inadequate fiber by way of fruits and vegetables in the diet.
  • Inadequate fluids such as not drinking enough water. (Liquids don’t mean beverages, sodas or alcohol!)
  • Bad food combinations and eating mucus-forming and difficult-to-digest foodstuffs.
