Yogic medicines for patches on skin
You have not mentioned what kind of patches you have on your skin. Are these due to some injury or burns or due to some other unknown condition? If these are due to any injury or burns then you will need some ointments or creams to clear these patches and yoga cannot help in these patches, but if these are due to some impurity in blood then yoga can help. Try the following asana –
Supine pose – this pose when practiced daily can help to relax the digestive system, improve the blood flow and help remove toxins from the blood. For this lie flat on your back with legs straight on a yoga mat. Put both the hands on the side of the thighs. Now raise your chest with the help of your elbow in such a way that the crown of your head rests on the floor. Now place the heel of your right foot on the left thigh close to the hip joint and heel of the left foot on the right thigh close to the hip joint. For support hold both the feet with your hands firmly and remain in this pose for 20-30 seconds. When in this pose inhale through your nose and exhale through your mouth. Kapalbhati is also best for blood circulation and purification.
