  • Plow pose (Halasana) – this pose stimulates the increase of blood flow to the head and helps you get rejuvenated. Here you lie in a sleeping position with your hands at your sides, and the legs slowly draped over the head.
  • Eagle pose (Garudasana) – this is even in the Kamasutra.

The pose requires one leg wrapped around the other leg like a rope with knees slightly bent. When the wrapped leg is released, the blood rushes to the cervix bringing the entire sexual area to life.
  • Bridge pose (Setu Bandha Sarvangasana) – This is to help strengthen the pelvic muscles, contracting and releasing the vaginal muscles. This helps to tone the vagina as well as gives you heightened orgasms.
  • Pigeon pose (Eka Pada Rajakapotasana) – It is said women told tension in their hips and the pigeon pose is a great way to let go of deep tension in the hips, increase flexibility and alleviate tightness.
  • Goddess pose (Supta Baddha Konasana) – It is known to enhance healthy functioning of the reproductive organs with regulated breathing and the alignment and placement of the legs. It also said to help with PMS and menopause, both factors that can kill the mood.
  • Wide leg straddled pose (Upavistha Konasana) – This pose in a seated position, calls for the legs to be spread while arching over and trying to touch the toes with the hands, increasing the blood blow to the pelvic region and circulation. The more the blood that gushes to the area, the more heightened is the state of arousal.

It is important that the yoga postures be learned by a certified yoga instructor, if being attempted for the first time.
