Benefits Of Washing Hair With Eggs

Give me recipes for hair conditioner, Can I include egg in hair conditioning?

Hair conditioning with an egg is of absolutely no use if the scientific arguments are anything to go by – which is a valid reason to not indulge in egg hair conditioning. Conditioners are a class of products that work at different levels depending what the hair exactly requires but mostly, conditioners are designed to simply manage the hair after shampooing it. Shampoo is quite a good product to use to clean the hair and scalp; unfortunately, it will nearly always leave the scalp and hair dry causing it to start tangling.

After washing your hair with a shampoo, the first side effect is the loss of natural oils that are secreted by your skin. These oils are basically essential fatty acids and because of this the pH levels of the skin and hair is mildly acidic. When you shampoo this balance is disturbed and this can cause hair to behave erratically until the oil is replaced onto the skin. This is fundamentally what conditioners do by using some kind of acidic medium or essential fatty acids. An egg fits nowhere into this equation and the only benefit you can derive from an egg application is a coating that would appear to protect your hair but this is hardly necessary. On the other hand, eating eggs is extremely useful for your hair but can be substituted by consuming a lot of dairy products as well.

As a conditioner, you might as well just invest in a conditioner that contains essential fatty acids as this is all that the hair needs after a shampooing. Another aspect of hair care worth thinking about is the fact that you should avoid washing your hair in hard water and not wash your hair more than three times a week. From a dietary perspective, you should increase your intake of vitamin A, all the B vitamins, and E. These are all directly required for hair growth and healthy hair condition. Oiling your hair is also an ancient and useful technique of managing long hair. Long hair is problematic because the skin oils do not reach all the way to the tips of the hair so supplementation with an oil like almond oil is of great use to the hair. This should be done an hour before stepping in for a hair wash, after which you can apply a conditioner or not, depending on how your hair feels after the shampooing.
