Yoga and breast increasing 

Gain weight to achieve your ideal body weight if you are under weight. When you gain overall body weight, adipose tissue around the breast will also increase giving them a fuller look. Try the following yoga exercises to tone the breast muscles –

  • Easy pose – sit on a yoga mat in an easy pose that is with your legs crossed and hands on the thighs. Now join your palms together near your chest as if you are going to pray. Press the base of your palm firmly; hold it for 10 seconds and release. Repeat 20 times. This can be done 2-3 times a day.
  • Bhujangasana or cobra pose – lie flat on the stomach on a yoga mat. Place your hands exactly under your shoulders and stretch the tip of the toes outwards. Raise your head and shoulders with the help of your hands and press the rest of the body that is the thighs, pelvis and feet firmly in the ground (do not lift them). Inhale and raise your chest off the floor to a comfortable height which you can maintain (do not stretch too much). Pubis should be pushed towards the navel and tailbone should be pressed towards the pubis keeping the buttocks firm on the floor. Breathe in and out and hold in this position for 10-15 seconds. Exhale and relax slowly back to the floor.
