Increasing height with Yoga
Yoga medicines to increase height can be sometimes deceiving because your height growth or bone growth stops once you reach adulthood. If you try some yoga asana then they might help you to increase your height by a couple of inches. If you have achieved your maximum height then these yogic asana will help to correct your posture and make you look taller.
Ardhachandrasan – stand straight on the ground with both your feet together firm in the ground. Tighten your calf try to pull your knees and join the thighs. Join your hands together at your chest. Interlock your fingers and while breathing in slowly pull your hands towards the sky as much as possible as if you are trying to touch the sky. Now bend on your left side and hold in this position for 15 seconds. Exhale and return. Now in the same way bend on the right side hold till 15 seconds and then slowly exhale and return back to normal position. Repeat these 5 times twice daily. Keep in mind not to lean forward or backward when you bend on the right and left side.
Tadasana for increasing height is also a useful yoga asana. Besides other exercises like pull ups, bar hanging, forward bend, and spot jumping are also good for increasing height.
