So that you can make the most of the shiatsu massage, here are the following things you could do:
- Do not eat a heavy meal for at least two to three hours prior to the massage
- Do not consume alcohol on the day of the massage
- Remove any jewelry that you wear, and avoid wearing any aftershave or perfume before going for the massage.
- Loose light clothing should be worn for the massage, which can be easily stretched and moved.
- Try not to be in a hurry before you get to the massage therapist or be in a rush once the massage is done.
