yogasanas certainly help reduce heavy hips, thigs and arms. the best for this is to do a few (10 - 12) rounds of
Surya Namaskar daily. I addition, you sould also try the following: Uttanasana, Ardha Chandrasana, Parivritta Trikonasana, Seated Twisting poses such as Ardha Matsyendrasana, Janu Sirshasana and Paschimottanasana and Inverted poses like Viparita Karani and Sarvangasana.
