Sunburns and heat rash occur due to prolonged exposure to the sun and result in discomforting conditions of the skin. Apply honey on your body for relief. You can also take sandalwood powder and ground coriander leaves and mix them with rose water. Apply the blend on your skin and leave it on till it dries. Sprinkling talcum powder is also recommended to get relief. In addition to these solutions, you need to take care of other points too which will help you get rid of the problem. You must drink lots of water and fresh fruit juices and keep your skin hydrated. Wear loose cotton clothes and avoid tight fitting clothes. Always wear a good sun protection cream whenever out, and stay in the shade as much as possible. These should help you get rid of heat rash and sun burns too.
