Yoga medicines and remedies for acne

Kapalbhati is the best yoga asana/pranayama for acne. For this sit on a chair or sit on the floor with legs folded and hands on the respective knees. Exhale consciously and forcefully. When you exhale your stomach will automatically go in. In this pranayama inhaling is passive. Supine posture also when practiced daily is effective in the treatment of acne. For this lie flat on your back on a yoga mat and place your hands on the sides. With the help of your elbow raise your chest from the floor so that the top of your head rests on the floor. Place the heel of your left foot on your upper right thigh very close to the hip joint and vice versa. Hold both your feet firmly with your hands. Deeply inhale via nose and exhale via mouth. Remain in this pose for 30 seconds and then relax.
