I am 23 years old and very slim, please give me some tips to increase my breast size
Breasts are primarily composed of fat and not muscle. They also contain milk-ducts and glands held together in a web of soft connective tissue. Natural breast enlargement treatments include breast massages and exercises. These exercises if done daily or at least three times a week would result in larger and firmer breasts. Additionally these exercises also help strengthen your back muscles. Some of the exercises include doing modified push ups. You do this on your knees with your arms extended out towards the side of the body. This is a great exercise to tone and firm the breasts. You can also lie on your back with your arms extended out to the sides of your body. Then proceed to lift both arms off of the floor simultaneously to the point of a āVā in front of your face. Doing this with weights can achieve better results. Proceed to do this up to 10 to12 times.
Breast Massage Techniques
For the breast massage start by using a cream or lubricant and moderately massaging your breast. For the first step, place your right hand underneath the left armpit. Then proceed to pull your hand towards the middle of your body. Next place your left hand on the side of the breast. Your hand should follow the breast contour. Make sure your thumb is pointing in the outward direction and let all the other fingers point downwards. Then proceed to apply pressure in the direction of the center of your body. Finally, move the right hand a little more to your middle, then go on to use your left hand massage your breast in a clockwise direction. Then continue to do this for your other breast. For maximum benefit, this should be practiced daily, preferably after a shower when the skin is still moist. Some believe that taking cold showers helps breasts retain their firmness and elasticity.
Diet And Supplement
Having a healthy, nutritious diet is vital and can always help enlarge your breasts. Intake of caffeine should be stopped. Increase the number of proteins in your diet. Consumption of Mexican wild yam, fenugreek and blessed thistle are some of the constituents of breast enlargement products. Blessed thistle is used extensively as a restorative herb that supports the female reproductive organs. Wild yam is widely used as a female breast enhancer. It contains diosgenin which is a producer of progesterone. Fennel seeds, second only to fenugreek, has estrogen mimicking properties. They are all said to be very effective only slower to show results.
