For one thing you haven’t mentioned your age. Secondly if it’s the case with only one breast – and more importantly because it pains – I suggest you see a medical practitioner and get a test done immediately. Don’t take any chances.
Yogic inverted poses such as Headstand, Shoulderstand and Viparita Karani will help a lot in sagging breasts. Also backward bends will help. Avoid all forward bends and contracting poses. When sleeping, lie down on your side, on the opposite side of the painful breast.
