There are a number of asanas in yoga which are very helpful in improving sexual power and enhancing energy levels. One of the easiest and simplest asanas is the Padmasana (lotus pose). This asana is done in a sitting position with the legs crossed over each other in a way where the toes are placed on top of the thighs. This may be a bit difficult for some people initially but with regular practice this posture can be mastered easily. The palms should be joined in front of the chest and the spine must be erect during this asana. The eyes should be closed during this asana and this position should be maintained till you feel a strain in the feet. This asana helps in improving sexual power as it increases the blood flow to the pelvic and genital areas. It also helps in toning up the abdomen, spine and helps relieve pain in the hips, knees and ankles.
Another good posture for improving sexual power is Matsyasana (fish pose). This asana is also performed while sitting down. First the Padmasana pose should be attained and then while taking support from the elbows the practitioner must slowly lean backwards till he/she is completely lying flat on the back. Then both the hands should be placed under the corresponding shoulder with palms flat on the floor. Now with the support of the knees and palms, the chest and abdomen should be pushed upwards to arch the spine while the head and neck is moved backwards as far as possible. The hands should then be moved to hold the upper thighs and the arch of the body should be increased with the support of the elbow. This posture should be held for at least 10 seconds. Flexibility of the cervical and dorsal regions increases with regular practice thereby increasing sexual power.

Yoga has been used over centuries to treat and cure a number of health issues including sexual problems such as erectile dysfunction and impotency among many others. One of the asanas which is very helpful in treating erectile dysfunction and could also help in increasing the size of the penis is the Khandasana(upward ankle twist pose). This posture is performed while sitting on the floor with the legs stretched out in the front. Bend the knees while widening the thighs and bring both the feet towards the trunk till the heels are close to the perineum. The knees should be kept on the floor while doing this. Each palm should be placed on the corresponding foot and using the hands the feet should be drawn up towards the trunk while inverting the ankles. The knees and thighs should be pulled up and the heels and outer sides of the feet should be placed against the navel and chest. The hands can then either be joined in front of the chest or be placed on the ankles.
This asana may be a bit difficult initially but can be mastered with regular practice. The spine should be kept erect and this posture should be held for at least 30 seconds while breathing deeply. To release this pose the feet should be lowered to the floor with the help of the hands. This asana exercises every muscle below the navel region and by performing this asana regularly sexual energies and desires can be restored and controlled and the functioning of the genitals especially the penis can be enhanced greatly. In addition to Khandasana, Aswini and Vajroli mudras can also help increasing sexual power and the size of the penis. These yoga practices generate tremendous amounts of energy in the lower body and help in containing it thereby improving sexual health.
