If we discontinue doing Yoga that we were doing regularly. Will it create any health problems?

Yoga could be described as the ancient science of good health and living, that has been practiced for centuries, not just in the country that it originated in, but all across the world. In the last few years, yoga has become increasingly popular in the Western countries, like The United States of America, as well as The United Kingdom. This is because yoga is used by people, for weight loss, stress reduction, strength increase, improved flexibility, better immunity, additional energy and so on. It is a well known fact that if practiced regularly and in the right manner, yoga can have a very positive effect on your body. However, it is important to note, that in case this science is not practiced correctly because of the lack of guidance and the supervision by a qualified trainer, there could be several problems that arise out of that, which are usually referred to, as yoga negative effects. Moreover, yoga should only be practiced in moderation, not in excess, as too much of anything is not good. Another popular form of yoga is Hatha Yoga, which deals with body control. It involves several breathing exercises, locks and postures and cleaning techniques. Since this is one of the more advanced forms of yoga, people wonder about the negative effects of hatha yoga and whether it can lead to any injuries. There are certain pre-requisites that need to be followed and hatha yoga requires a lot of supervision and guidance, without which you could harm yourself, while practicing it.

There is no form of immediate harm done to the body if yoga has been discontinued. Yoga is a gentle form of exercise and its benefits are reaped through the daily practice and performance of yoga. However the discontinuation of yoga, no form of health disorders or problems will arise. In order to gain the maximum benefits from the practice of yoga, it is advisable that one should continue and practice it for at least 15 minutes a day. Yoga helps to boost immunity power and keep the body free from all kinds of disorders and troubles. It is possible that a prolonged absence of yoga may lead to some disorders, if the individual is not practicing any form of exercise and is leading unhealthy eating habits. A combination of unhealthy lifestyle patterns paves the way to an unhealthy body, and to prevent such an occurrence one must exercise daily.
Yoga must not be looked upon as a chore, nor should it be taken for granted. Not only will the benefits of yoga be negated by taking it for granted, the pressure of practicing yoga will also diminished if it is looked upon only as an exercise. Yoga must be thoroughly enjoyed as it helps to relax the mind and body and no form of pressure of stress must be applied while performing it. All the elements and yoga are gentle and do not conform to any kind of strict rules and regulations. Moreover, with the daily practice of yoga one will be able to achieve perfect balance between the mind and body. Most yogic practitioners look forward to practicing yoga daily, in order to reap the benefits of being fresh and enlightened all day. Yogasanas, Pranayama and deep meditation techniques do not usually take much time, and can be safely done in the wee hours of the morning before the hustle and bustle of life sets in. Practicing yoga early morning can help to bring about a fresh outlook to life each day.
A discontinuation of any form of exercise coupled with poor eating habits and a bad diet is likely to lead to some kind of metabolic disorder. However, just by discontinuing the practice of yoga is not likely to bring about any kind of immediate health problem or trouble. The advantages of yoga can be gained solely through the practice and discipline of a daily yoga schedule.
