Yoga program recommended for HBP would include the following:
Asanas
Vajrasana
Pavanamuktasana
Shashankasana
Uttanasana
Shavasana
Pranayamas
Nadi Shodhana
Ujjayi
Cleansing Kriya
Jala neti
Above all relax. Practise lots of shavasana, even during the daytime. Learn to slow down your breathing; breathe in rhythm, i.e. inhale and exhale deliberately slowly and deeply to the count of 5. Take some home remedies and Ayurveda. Avoid non-veg., spicy food and too much salt intake.
