Bhujangasana (The Cobra Pose)
• Lie down facing the floor or the Yoga mat and let your head rest on the floor and your arms to rest on either side of your trunk.
• Take a deep breath and left your head as well as your trunk from the floor
• As you raise your trunk, straighten your elbows by pressing your palms against the floor
• Keep you left leg perpendicular to the ground and bend your knee, while you exhale
• With your left arm, grasp your left knee, so that pressure is applied on the right arm
• This position needs to be maintained for several seconds before you lower your body and bring your arms against your body, in a relaxing pose.

Exhale and turn your upper body left, bend the waist and stretch your right hand down and place it along the left ankle. Extent the left arm upwards and keep both knees and elbows straight. Then turn your head up towards the fingers of the left hand. Inhale and come back to standing position with the arms outstretched. Hold this pose for a few seconds and exhale. - Advanced wind releasing pose – lie straight on a yoga mat on your back with your legs straight. Place both the hands on the sides. Lift your left leg while inhaling bending at the knee towards your chest. With the help of your hands hold it there. Raise your head from the shoulder and try to touch your chin on the knee. Remain in this pose for 15 seconds and then repeat the same pose using right leg. Both the legs can also be lifted together after you complete individual legs 5 times each. A pressure should be maintained on the abdomen using the left/right thigh and knee.
