Increasing Height through Yoga

hi, I'm 24 years old male. my height is 5'3" . is it possible for me to increase my height by another 3-4 inches? please suggest height increase exercises or yoga?


Increasing Height through Yoga 

Yoga for increasing height is famous. A persons height generally starts to have a stability as he reaches his puberty, but definitely with some yoga poses it is possible to increase a couple of inch. However don't expect high and sudden changes because unless you perform the asana regularly, your efforts shall not show great results. After a certain age it becomes practically impossible to increase height because your bones stop growing after adulthood. In such cases keeping an erect posture will help to give a taller look. Along with these yoga poses to increase your height, also keep in mind to get a right posture while standing, sitting, driving or other related activities.  

  1. Tadasana – Tadasana is a common yoga pose used to improve posture and strengthen thighs. For this stand straight touching both your big toes and heels, if balance is difficult then you can also place both your feet apart. In this parallel position lift the toes and place then back on the floor. Pull the knee caps; try to stretch the thighs apart, tuck your tummy in and chest out. Inhale and lift your hands slowly, join them together and breathe normally. Stay in this position for 15 seconds and then while exhaling relax. Drop your hands, shoulders, and chest and relax your thighs, knees and feet. Repeat for 5 times twice daily.
