It is important that everyone in the class gets a proper workout. Music is a great accompaniment to a yoga session. Use soft and soothing music that promotes relaxation. There are many institutes which provide teacher training yoga. Ensure that the training program you join is a reputed one. You should also receive a certificate once you have completed the course.
