Yoga postures to increase height
Yoga for increasing height is often used successfully by many people. Your height starts to stable once you achieve puberty, but in some cases with certain yogic asana you can grow a couple of inches taller after you reach puberty. These yoga postures will help strengthen your bones and help increase your height after puberty.
Try some of these yoga postures to increase your height –
Bridge pose - Lie straight on the ground on your back with your legs straight. Now keeping your knees flat try to bend your knees and slowly get your heels directly under your knees. Slowly raise your lower back and hips with the support of your hands. Try to stretch your extremities and breathe slowly; remain in this pose for 30 seconds and then slowly relax by slowly lowering your spine from the upper back.
Leg stretch - Lie flat on your back with legs straight and hands on the sides of your body. Try to stretch your leg and at the same time raise your right leg as much as you can. Remain in this pose for 20 seconds and repeat the same activity with your left leg. Alternatively perform this pose for about 5-10 minutes twice a day.
Other yoga asanas like vrikshasana or tree pose and padahasthasana or foot hand pose are also useful to increase height.
