Yoga Poses For Breast Reduction

(November 9, 2010)

I want to reduce my breast size. Which has increased after my marriage and it is increasing day by day.

While yoga has been around for a number of centuries and s widely touted as being one of the oldest disciplines in the world, only recently has it come into global focus and standing its ground against the still largely preferred chemical based modern medicines. While yoga is known to be of great help in healing a number of medical condition, the various technical and acrobatic poses that it calls for also helps tone the body significantly. Given that most of us lead very fast paced and hectic lifestyles means that we are, more often than not, under a substantial amount of stress that builds up within our muscles and joints. A number of yoga poses are also focused on getting rid of these tensions – thereby making an immense difference to the quality of our life. Before getting into the details of breast reduction yoga, it is important to understand that it would be impossible to reduce your breast size without reducing your overall body weight. There are also a few instances where increased breast size is perfectly normal such as in the case of a recent childbirth – in which case the breasts will return to their previous size after a few months once you stop breastfeeding.
Power yoga is considered to be one of the best breast reduction yoga techniques as they help burn any excess calories within the body – thereby reducing your overall weight and then your breast size. Power and breast reduction yoga should be performed in a climate controlled room so as to help keep control of the enhanced rate of metabolism. One aspect to keep in mind is the fact that your natural breast size is determined primarily by genetic factors and the only way to have a smaller cup size than your frame requires would be to become underweight – which is not suggested. At the end of the day, while practicing yoga is very beneficial to improve the quality of your life, it is also extremely important to be at peace with your body – especially if you are not overweight. Practicing meditation yoga will help develop this substantially. There are also a number of breast lift yoga techniques that can help tone and shape up drooping breasts as well. You can find out more information of these other breast reduction exercises, breast reduction fitness techniques and breast lift exercises through a number of sources such as the internet or even your local bookstore.

There is no direct evidence that Yoga practices help reduce breast size. But, then again, thought there isn’t a single Yogasana (pose) that promises to help for any problem, it has been found that the regular practice of Yoga delivers the desired results. Weight gain in the bust region is not uncommon and can be tackled with the practice of yoga asanas that help with weight loss and help to tone your body. According to your age and abilities you will have to, practice several Yoga disciplines. This might just call for altering your lifestyle and your daily routine.

Your Yoga program would include a regular schedule of early to bed and early to rise, coupled with a set of Yogasana (postures), Pranayamas (breathing exercises), Kriyas (cleansing techniques) and a Yoga diet. Depending upon your age and health you will have to practise all the Yoga poses in the following positions on a daily basis. Yoga doesn’t believe in rigidity, either.
