I am 13 yrs old, I have irregular period and little high thyroid I want to increase height by effective exercise, firstly I want to reduce my thyroid and make period regular., so pls give suggestion and reply
Your irregular periods appear directly related to your hyper thyroidism. But don’t let that bother you one bit. With a little medication, the right diet, a few
Yogasanas (physical poses) pranayamas (
breathing exercises) and kriyas (cleansing techniques) you should be as good as new in a matter of weeks. However, you would be well advised to seek proper clinical counseling. In other words, it’s about time you saw an OBGYN (Obstetrician cum Gynecologist) for professional advice.
Next, you want to increase your height. If it isn’t a genetic, hereditary problem, you can most probably increase by a couple inches by proper stretching asanas (physical postures). These include:

Yogic DietFor sufferers of thyroid and other related problems, a Yogic diet is a must. Meaning to say, your regular diet must be Sattvic (light and predominantly vegetarian) with lots of green leafy vegetables, sprouts, daily salads and seasonal fruits. Please avoid all fried and fatty foods, milk and milk products butter such as cheese, cottage cheese, junk foods and fast foods. These will only serve to worsen your condition and slow down the healing process.
Avoid late nights out on the town and do your asanas (physical poses), Pranayamas (breathing exercises) and Kriyas (Cleansing techniques) regularly, and you will definitely see results soon. Your health depends on you and the thyroid problem, though not debilitating is awfully irksome and can make you feel miserable as well as hamper your progress, later in life. So, the best thing is to start practicing right away and with regularity until you are fully satisfied with the health results.
