An Eosinophil is a type of white blood cell produced in the bone marrow. It contains proteins which fight infections and parasitic organisms. When these cells are found in large numbers in the blood or in body tissues, the condition is referred to as eosinophilia. In case of allergic diseases like bronchitis or asthma, the eosinophils do not ward off infection; rather they accumulate in tissues and cause damage.

Eosinophilic bronchitis can be recognized by wheezing, breathlessness and cough. The airways are blocked and cause a lot of discomfort. Although there are plenty of treatments available, there are many natural remedies that alleviate this condition.

What Are Natural Remedies

In case you wish to use the leaves, you can boil them in some water until they soften and then you can blend them to form a paste. You can also dry the leaves in the shade before you crush them in order to obtain a powder. As it is bitter, you can add some honey to it.

This will decrease the inflammation of the air passage. This powder can be prepared and stored. You can also drink hot milk with turmeric. Turmeric can be fried slightly in butter and ten mixed with a cup of warm milk. Steam inhalation with a few drops of eucalyptus oil will soften and clear the mucous.

The best way to reduce infection is to keep clear from things that trigger the problem. Keep the room free of allergens like pollen, dust, fur, and feathers.
