Yoga poses for height gain
It is a good idea to practice yoga in a small group, this way you can get enough company and encouragement to practice the exercises on daily basis which is important when you think of increasing your height. Yoga asanas like tadasana, vriksasana, adho mukha svanasana, adho mukha svanasana, garudasana, balasana and salabhasana are answer to how to increase height and posture.
Vriksasana – stand firm on the ground with feet hard on the ground, thighs tight and knees apart. Shift your weight lightly to your left feet and bend the right leg at the knees such as the feet rests on the inner side of the left thigh. Now stretch your arms over your head and touch the palms. Hold in this pose for 30 seconds and then relax.
Salabhasana – lie flat on your stomach on a yoga mat placing your chin on the ground. Place your hands under the tops of your thighs, palms facing downwards. Arch your back slightly and lift your legs off the ground in such a way that your body is a curved shape like a banana. Breathe in deeply, hold in for few breaths and relax. You can also raise your left arm and right leg simultaneously and then repeat with right arm and left leg.
